Survival of the fittest

Survival is the key word in todays scenario. The one who survivies the initial years of his career, can make it big later on. You have to compromise a lot for your career. IT is important as well. You cannot get the gone opportunities.

All you have to do is to be a hard skinned person and adapt the the environment to survive. Those who are not able to survive the situation, end up as loosers. The struggle goes on till you have a solid platform to present yourself.
